I went through two stages, the first one being pre-recorded questions that you have to record your answers to, and the second being a skype interview. The first part wasn't too difficult as it required you know information about the company, and the second was a more personal discussion about my background.
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by one or more interviews with hiring managers. Questions focused on customer service experience, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and situational scenarios. The process was professional and well-structured, with opportunities to ask questions about the role and company culture.

monitor a whole process of what you will facing in your daily life, how to find and why you find ur customers, then cold call to persuade them, basically what you will do in this job
