I had to fill out a basic form and upload my CV. I was then asked to do a video interview, which consisted of three questions as stated in other peoples responses. I also had to answer three written questions;

Talk us through an ambitious goal you set for yourself, and how you went about achieving it. We would prefer this example to be as recent and relevant as possible.
Describe a situation where you experienced a real risk of failure. How did you deal with it and what, if anything, would you do differently today?
In broad terms, what is your career plan? What experiences, skills or other personal ‘assets’ will you need in order to achieve your goals?
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
