I sent in my resume to two offices: NY and SF, then a day later each office sent me a Video Assessment Link to be completed in 7 days (You will only need to complete one video per office). The video assessment is extremely short, it uses their platform to record yourself answer 4 short interview questions. You have 30 seconds to answer each question and the questions just come one after another. Before you start the interview, they let you answer one personality question to review how you look and sound and to make sure their software works for you.
