Several stages to it usually entailing interviews and written tasks. The initial interviews were more motivational whereas the subsequent ones were more scenarios based. Linguistic capabilities are also assessed if applying for language-specific roles.

Several scenario-based questions were asked to see how one would act in certain situations.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
