4 stage process. 1. Standard procedure, sending CV and Cover letter. 2. Video Interview. 3. Interview at London 4. Project based interview at London. I did not prepare for video interview and performed poorly but, to my surprise I was invited to the third stage interview which involves questions about your understanding of the company, motivation and the awareness of the industry in general. The staff who interviewed me was extremely friendly and smiled all the time which made me at ease. The whole process took about 75 min. However, sadly, they decided not to proceed my application any further.
