Entrevista
The interview was weird. I met with three different people at the same time. It was a virtual meeting although I was the only one with my camera on for the duration of the interview.

What would you do if one of our client receives a death threat?
Quick and timely response. Two rounds of interviews. Nothing unusual besides the compensation which they were very upfront about. Decent understanding of startup culture. No gotcha questions, overall a pleasant interview and a good way to get your foot in the door

The interview process was incredibly streamlined, the team were responsive, and very upfront about communicating expectations. I really appreciated that upfront honesty about equity incentives, as well as the clear outlining of future compensation to come, as the company continue to scale more revenue. The gentlemen that interviewed me were incredibly transparent, and very welcoming. The interview consisted of really specific questions, some of which were challenging, but thought-provoking nonetheless. It seemed like a great way to screen for a special type of analyst that would be a great fit for building a new and innovative product without needing micromanagement like most people need.
