Easy and friendly. I was asked a bunch of questions while I was encouraged to ask questions as well. I arrived 15 minutes earlier and the manager I interviewed with was delightful. he also looked at and asked questions about my supporting documents such as degrees, transcripts, reference letters, and places I had worked, skills, etc. He was interested in the details of everything. He was pleased that I had exact dates for dates I had worked at other places, also for being on time for interview. I was a bit stressed during the first 3 minutes but he put me at ease and the rest of the interview process was very relaxed. The interview lasted about 1.5 hours. I was also asking questions and he provided detailed answers. It was like wanting to know deeply about each other and seeing if we are a fit for each other (me for company and company for me). I had a feeling like I have found a friend after the interview.

I had a disappointing experience with the hiring process at Alpha Adroit, Edmonton, AB. After applying online, I was contacted for an in-person interview and subsequently asked to invest time and money in certifications, lab tests, and equipment without receiving a formal job offer. I attended a day of training and completed certifications, investing significant time and resources based on the guarantee of a job offer. However, despite fulfilling all requirements, I was left waiting for a callback that never came. The lack of transparency and communication throughout the process was concerning, and the front desk staff's rudeness added to the negative experience. I would caution others to be aware of the investment required and seek clarity on the hiring process before proceeding. Overall, a very bad experience.
