The interview process was easy, he asked questions related to safeguarding and how I would deal with a potential scenario. He then went through the job description and the two locations, London goes on the tube often whereas Brighton is activity lead.

Online interview. Pretty relaxed, generic questions, people were friendly, keen to see you are an open, warm person I would say. Most questions are around social skills or organisational skills.
