They heard you like a group of cattle and ask random people questions. At least, when I was hired. Only two people didn't get the job out of our group of about 20, mainly because they dressed like they were going to a carnival and talked about how their only technological experience is with a cash register at Walmart. Fail.

The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
