The recruiter was a pretty poor communicator. She wouldn't return my emails. The person I interviewed with asked point blank how much money I made. Basically, they were looking for someone with extensive analytical experience and financial reporting experience who was willing to be paid 35k, no negotiating salary any higher. That's 80% Glassdoor's minimum for the market.
