Took about 2 hours. Was hired the same day. I dressed in a pants suit but I really could have worn something less dressy. A girl at the interview with leggings and a tshirt had gotten the same job I did.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.

The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
