An initial phone interview screening process that focused on an understanding of GMP/GLP/PPE/COSHH etc, and some soft "tell me about a time" questions. This was followed by a two panel interview that involved some technical questions regarding calculating and making up standard solutions, and questions that focused on the individual, i.e. Why do you want to work for Almac? What can you tell me about Almac? Then more specific questions relative to the position you are interviewing for, so be sure to read the job description!
Presentation and then an interview panel asks around 6 questions based on team-work, communication, lab safety, customer focus etc and what you know about the company and why you want to work there

Email in December (shortly after applying) inviting me to interview in January. Three panel, very kind, chatty and enjoyable interview. I had to prepare a 5 minute presentation on why I would make a good lab tech. I was asked basic questions about prioritizing workload and working with biological samples. A few questions were asked relating to my prior work in diagnostics.

Entrevista
Interview was about 45 minutes long and questions were about work experience and multitasking. I was interviewed by a group of 3 people, the hiring manager, peer colleague, and clinical team lead.
If I had maintenance/calibrations due and I wasn’t going to be be able to finish them by the due date how would I communicate this without causing an impact to the work.
