      The hiring process started positively, with clear communication and well-structured interview stages. Unfortunately, the final stage completely changed my perception of the company. After investing significant time in a lengthy interview process, I expected the final discussions to focus on mutual fit and culture. Instead, it felt like another evaluation round with shifting criteria and inconsistent expectations. What stood out most was the lack of respect shown toward candidates during the final interactions. Feedback was delivered in a way that felt dismissive rather than constructive. It is difficult to understand how concerns about fundamental skills can suddenly emerge after a candidate has successfully progressed through multiple rounds over an extended period. A hiring process is not only about assessing candidates; it is also an opportunity for candidates to assess the company. The final stage gave me the impression that empathy, professionalism, and candidate experience were not given the same importance as evaluation. The earlier rounds created a positive impression, but the final interactions overshadowed everything that came before them. I left the process with serious concerns about the culture and how differing opinions or communication styles may be received within the organization. Regardless of the hiring outcome, candidates deserve to be treated with respect throughout the process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
