Initial screening with recruiter, then had 2 zoom interviews with the direct manager and his boss. Consistent communication in-between interviews, they had some automated emails that went out that were actually helpful. Entire process took about 2 months but everyone was very pleasant. Talked about previous experience and more of a get to know you to see how you fit for the role instead of the standard STAR questions which was nice.

The process was Simple, direct, and professional And At the same time friendly and welcoming. Excellent overall experience and easy to access the portal and several other opportunities. Looking very much forward to the next step.

Phone interview. Very informative and i appreciated having a call back in such a short amount of time. Interviewer told me a lot about Ally without trying to sell me on it.
