Laid back and over the phone. Was asked if I had any prior experience, I did not but they didn’t seem to care. They asked why I wanted to work there & that was pretty much it. It was short and quick they were obviously in need of reps ASAP.

The Manager asks you questions about being outgoing, being able to talk to people, and explained everything well. He hired me on the spot and gave me the next steps, it was pretty straightforward.
