I went in for a claim representative job in BI. I was interviewed for a fire property job. I believe there was a mix up and I was rushed through and had to stop the interviewer to shake hands.

I got a call back within 2 weeks of applying. I had an initial quick phone call and then a longer video call with the manager to discuss my resume - very smooth process.
Contacted by recruiter to set up phone interview. After phone interview, was quickly contacted to set up in person interview. In person interview consisted of two interviewers who asked standard STAR questions.

Very straightforward experience. I was kept updated with every step of the process. Their website is very helpful and will make it easy to see the status of your application.
