Talked with 4 or more people in the interview. The questions were geared around knowledge and how would I handle a situation. I described in detail how I fixed problems and had a written test which was geared around multiple choice answers.

Long question.... leaves me alone in the room. Comes back.... answer question. Uses STAR questions format. State situation how you reacted what you learned and customers feedback I mean you are asking for more words than the interviewer did.
