Human Resources is very poor in Canada. Took over 2 months to first get an answer from recruiter, had to apply to a different agency in order to make the internal move

Interview process was very informal due to being referred to the position by a current employee. My process was probably not the norm.
Informal first interview with agency manager, wait a week, formal interview with district manager, wait another week, job offer.

Scheduled a phone interview with HR, and if you pass that you will go through a credit check. If you pass everything, HR will pass your information along to the branch manager who will then reach out to you.
