Applied online, was called back to do a quick phone interview. it consisted of some basic phone interview questions (when was there a time you needed help to get a project done, that you couldn't get done yourself?). I passed that and they sent me a personality test to fill it out online, which I passed. They scheduled and interview with me for the following week. I met with 2 managers, it lasted 1 hour, they asked almost all situational questions, how i would handle things? They called me back 2 days later and wanted me to come back in for a second interview with 2 different managers, that one was shorter (half-hour), and then they had me sit and observe someone on the phone. He was very friendly and had worked at Allstate for 12 years or so, liked the company and computer system, was a nice touch to see what the office setting was like, computer system, ect. They called me the following week, and offered me the job, and i accepted!
