I had two phone interviews and a 4 hour on-site interview. After the on-site interview, I thought I would have been a perfect fit. Several weeks had passed, but heard nothing. I reached out to the recruiter and he said they decided to go with a internal candidate. Several weeks later, I was reached out by several recruiters for the same position. I found out that Allstate lied to me and never filled the job. Very disappointing how unethical this company is.
