Initially contacted by their HR personnel and requested to provide certain info online. Allstate followed up with an email requesting interview availability and another asking to confirm interview time. Interviewed by three managers. Mostly conversational, with only a few "pressure" questions (which are asked of all candidates). Lasted just under an hour.

The interview process is virtual. A portion is a zoom interview with three people. It can be situational "tell me about a time". Any relevant trial or pre-trial experience is helpful.

2 interviews, first with supervisor then with managing attorney. Intimidating but honest about the role. Very detailed questions about what they can expect of you while working there. Wished they would have explained office dynamic better, however.

I interviewed at the Cranford, New Jersey location. Overall, it was a decent interview. Except, the hiring Manager did not care for me too much. As a result, she asked questions that she knew would yield an unfavorable answer. Therefore, giving her a reason not to hire me.
