Allstate moved very fast in contacting me. The first interview was an automated phone interview with very simple qualifier-type questions. Then they emailed me to set up a video interview. The video interview was a little over an hour long with complex behavioral questions. Some scenarios that they asked about were odd, and to be honest, some people may not even know how to answer the questions they are looking for. The interviewer was very kind and understanding that some of the questions were a bit challenging . Be ready to refer to examples from past work experience. I posted some exact questions that they asked me below. Within 72hours I got a contingent offer.

First interview is a Phone interview with automated system. If chosen you have a video interview with another person. Time between two for me was weeks, and person on person interview was casual.
