I applied online and after about a week or so they emailed me to set up a phone interview which happened the next morning. From there we set up an in person interview with the hiring managers for the next day. They ask typical interview questions that aren't very difficult to answer if you have had a job before. At the end of the interview they took me upstairs to shadow a rep that was working for about 30 minutes. After that was done they asked me if I was interested in the position. The interview was on a wednesday and said I should hear back next week. I got a call on Friday and they offered me a position as long as I passed the drug test and background check.

Very thorough, but friendly. They do ask the common interview questions using the STAR method and then go through the job responsibilities and training schedule. They answered any questions you may have that were not apparent in the job listing.
Too many interviewers on Zoom to focus on questions being asked and who was asking. Very distracting from the whole interview process. I wish they gave an interview rating or a reason as to why I was not chosen

Smooth managers was understanding. They understood my experiences with previous employers. I will work three again, I just left because I had to move out of country for a while.
