I was called in to interview, i met with the Insurance Agent(owner) and the office manager. It was pretty much a standard interview and mainly the very general questions and information that you can imagine in a regualr interview. Be yourself, answer honestly but in a professional manner.
Loved the interview process where they explained in detail the job requirements and pay structure. I was pleased to know that they support new hires. I interviewed with 2 people.
It was very simple five question virtual interview. I was extremely nervous at first. Just take your time and use the star method and you will get a call back.
Super positive process, overall it was a good experience. Friendly, timely and professional company, good to work for. I had streas in the hiring process, but as i went through it felt much easier
