Applied online, completed phone screen, interviewed onsite at HQ in Northbrook, IL. Onsite interview consisted of conceptual OOP questions and 2 "whiteboard" programming questions. One of them was to implement the fibonacci algorithm recursively, I think another was to reverse a string.
