I interviewed with a small company. I met with the owner of the agency. The questions weren't forced. The owner had a small book of business and stated he was trying to grow his book of business. I felt comfortable. Interview took about 30 minutes.I asked for the job. I was offered the job at the end of the interview. I was determined to get hired and not interviewed.

Phone interview one on one directly with the interviewer. Would not recommend interviewer clearly violated religious rights and clearly didn’t like religion and made noise about it and didn’t consider. Run from this employer
Behavioral test after submitting application. Received a call from recruiter to discuss position and prescreen interview before meeting with agency owner. Interview with agency owner was pretty straightforward. Entire Process took about 2 weeks.

I had an interview a week ago. The lady told me that they were going to let me know if I was selected or not for the position. But she never did, I believe they should let people know whether or not get the job. I personally like to hear feedback from the employer.
