I applied for the position through email and received a response back within a day. The interview was then scheduled for 5 days later and was a face to face interview. The next steps of the interview process include a Skype interview then a presentation in front of upper level management.

Questions were not that difficult, mostly consisted of questions about my values and characteristics. Some questions included, What are 4 things that describe you, How do you handle a situation with an upset customer, and Tell me about your experience.

Entrevista
The interview was very unorthodox. The time was moved due to a hurricane warning, so I only had 30 minutes to interview. The interviewee before me ate into my time a little, but the interviewer gave me my time back. The interview was interrupted by a phone call, but he made sure to cut it short. During the interview he only asked me two questions that pertained to the job. At the end he extended an offer for a second interview.
