I’d rather show a person myself than be explained to that person by someone else. Luckily the CSL was present on the call because we had good communication and chemistry during the interview. If you ask the recruiter what type of questions are asked during the video interview they may give you “example” questions that are very similar to the questions asked in the virtual interview.
