Interviewed with three members of Services department. Two of the members were managers and one was a manager "in training." Questions concerned technical experience and customer service. Overall interview was took less than an hour. The time included a brief tour of the facility as well as introductions to various team other team members and director of the department.

Thorough and very informative. Three interviews with various staff members. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Explained duties and work environment as well as job tasks and expectations. Several team members interviewed.

Easy interviews. Scheduling and feedback were prompt. Technical rounds with MCQs. Other interview rounds from TL, Manager all the way up to Senior Director. Technical expertise required during the interviews is not thoroughly required for the actual position. However, the candidate is looked out for their ability to solve problems and attitude
