I did a panel interview. I met with 2 managers from a specific dept at the same time (one in person and one was with us in video chat. They asked questions about my former experience with resolving customer issues. They asked for specific examples. Then I immediately met with another manager. Th interviews were pleasant and they went well. I was offered the position a couple weeks later.
