1) Multiple networking emails with owner. 3 months 2) Phone Interviews with 1st owner. 2 weeks 3) Phone Interview with 2nd owner. 1 week 4) In-person interview with 3 other people in conference room. 5) Thank you for interviewing email the day of interview. 6) Follow up email to owner a week later with new design ideas to help sales. 7) Response from HR saying they will be in touch when a decision is made... weeks later no response. 8) Finally got a response, almost 2 months later saying they filled the position.
