A lot of unnecessary steps in the process. They were not clear what they want and hence wasted a lot of time and effort in conducting interviews and assessments. At the end of the day, they just made an irrational excuse to not continue the process because the KEYWORD for a specific framework was not listed as a skill on my resume.
