The initial meeting with an IBM hiring manager was from a Job Fair at the New Orleans SuperDome. From there I was contacted for an interview. The interview was to be over the internet and the time to take the interview was up to me between the time of receiving the email and two weeks time. In taking the interview, there were 3 coding challenges and five or so other questions with the intent of receiving information about my present relationship to the field that I was applying for.
