The interview I attended was an online position with my supervisors which was very laud back and easy going. The interview included question of introducing myself as well as my hobbies and whether I was willing to do something outside of my degree studies.
The interview process typically starts with an application review, followed by an HR screening or recruiter call. Candidates may then go through one or more interviews with the hiring manager and team members. Depending on the role, technical assessments, case studies, or competency-based interviews may be included. The process usually evaluates both technical skills and behavioral competencies, as well as cultural fit and motivation to join Allianz.
Easygoing, the whole interview very chill and relaxing. The interviewer are open to me asking questions and explain the position that I applied for very clear and detail. The whole interview process will not be long if you able to explain your portfolio well and relate it to the role interviewed for.
