After the first step I had some aptitude test to pass. The process went into a registered star method interview. Passed it, the company contact me for an interview in person with 2 other person, hiring manager and someone from HR. The day of interview non Body shown up. HR was OOO. After few days the apologised and rescheduled it the week after. I went to take this interview, only 1 person with close cam arrived to the call 10 minutes late. She was under pressure and I don't think she was listening to me. After 3 weeks of gosthing, 3 emails sent to know the feedback they answered me negatively. Very bad process and internal communication. Disappointed
