Completed online application, which was reasonable however it did require additional knowledge of how insurance works. It is worth producing an answer that isn't to technical just straight to the point. Then completed online tests and I got through to the phone interview stage. The process was pretty quick, it's a great programme and the application reflects that. The why Allianz question is key, it is important to reiterate why they will give you a platform for success!

Answer questions online (Why insurance, Why Allianz) followed by online tests and video interview with classic questions. Invited to Assessment Centre a few weeks after doing video interview. Assessment Centre included being given a Case Study and delivering a 10 min presentation on it with 20 mins of questions. Group Work given case study on a claims centre that was failing and discuss ways to fix it. Interview was 40 mins, they had your CV and asked questions on your motivation for applying and other standard questions. Offered 4 days after.

30 min Telefongespräch mit den Standardfragen (Warum Allianz? Warum Trainee Versicherungsmanagement?, etc.) um sich besser kennen zu lernen.
Das Gespräch war sehr locker und freundlich. Am Ende des Gesprächs wurde der Ablauf des Trainee Programms genauer vorgestellt und über Gehalt, Benefits, etc. gesprochen.
