You get there , you have to wear steal toe shoes and look dressy! They just ask you simple questions about what tools you have worked with , your experience, experience with tools, people, environment and about yourself. On my first interview they tell you if your hired or not, basically if you get a call your basically guaranteed a job! If you have references of people who work there and they speak good of you , job is practically yours!
