After submitting an application and undertaking an assessment, I was invited to interview. Allens conduct two 30 minute interviews, with each interview having a panel of two lawyers. My panels consisted of a partner and senior associate.

The process consisted of two rounds of interviews. First round was with a senior associate and partner and second round was with two partners. Very relaxed and conversational, with minimal ‘behavioural’ questions.
