There will be Total 6 rounds. • 1st & 2nd will be with Internal Team recruiter – Phone screening and Face2Face Interview. • 3rd round will be taken by any of the Team Leads or Managers - Stress interview – more of situational questions. • 6 hours of Half Day Shadow – Where in you will interact with any of the two recruiters on floor – who will let you know about the recruitment process in Allegis group and about various aspects of Allegis group – in this round, they will check your enthusiasm level and interest to learn new things – so ask as much as questions you can and be more attentive what your facilitators communicate to you. • 4th round taken by DBO (Director Board of Operations) or any of the operational Managers –SAME AS OF 3RD ROUND. • Final 5th round will be taken by The Head HR – Ali. Note: There may be slight changes in the rounds – based on the number of candidates to be interviewed for the day.
