I respect a company if they move forward with another candidate. Especially when it is mutual. However, it's unprofessional to "ghost" a candidate after they took the time to attend three interviews. During the interviews it was made clear how unorganized the company is since their main focus is an employee to have fun with instead of having professional experience. This company needs to do better if they want a better reputation.
