I found an ad on craigslist which was vague but seemed promising. The ad mentioned that the position was full time and at least $570 a week. I was contacted about a day after I emailed them. My first interview was pleasant but still very vague. I was new to the interviewing process and didn't ask many questions. I was called back for a second interview where I was taken outside in 20 degree weather to interview outside. I was quizzed on basic marketing questions for about 30 minutes and then we took a 5 minute walk to a residential street. We then proceeded to knock on doors so they could show me how I would be working from day to day. We walked back after knocking on three doors and I realized it was a pyramid scheme. The pay was strictly commission and work days were M-F 11:00 to 12:00 in the office, 12:00 to 1:00 lunch, and 1:00 to 8:30 going door to door trying to get people to sign up for a free estimate. You also would have to work Saturdays from 11:00 to 6:00. NO THANK YOU!

The questions were mostly about your personalty. They want to know if you can talk to people. They also asked simple marketing questions. "Do you know the difference between direct and indirect marketing?"

Applied online Sept 21, got a call the next day to answer a few questions about resume and to set up an appointment to come in the day after. Interview lasted 10-15 minutes and was pretty quick unless you had questions. Person who interviewed me, Benjamin, spoke really fast and breezed through the company info as well as duties expected for the position. Didn't really ask me much about my resume/experience, and I felt there were a few superficial/irrelevant interview questions asked.
