I came into the office for a first round interview where I filled out some paperwork and spoke with Serrano, the CEO of the office. He is a really great guy who helps to break down the way the business works. I was invited to do my second round interview in the field with a Team Leader in the office. My 2nd round was at Costco where the Team Leader broke down the Management Training Program (MTP) and got to know me a little better. After showing me exactly what they do, I was invited back for a 3rd round interview where I was informed about how pay worked and finally offered a position. I began training shortly after that and filling out my tax forms.
