Very professional and thorough interviews but the recruiting process is also long and stretched out. Applied online was contacted via email by the HR recruiter. Initial screening type questions followed by phone interview with hiring manager. Was called for a face to face interview which lasted for half a day. Multiple back to back interviews with Senior Directors, Directors and VP.
I talked to HR and then hiring manager. They never confirmed what happened after that. I tried to reach out to the HR but I couldn’t. I think just to say No and wishing success shouldn’t be that hard.
Last round was 5 in person, on site, back to back interviews. Found out I didn't get it with a couple days. Feedback to my recruiters was just "he didn't have enough experience"

I had a phone screen with someone in HR. I felt it went well, but then I was completely ghosted after following up a couple of times. Really poor communication. Completely ghosted.
