- Standard consulting process including psychometric testing - Personality assessment with psychologist. Was told I would be provided all results from the tests but never was despite asking. Was told at the end that they did not have a roadmap of work to support a hire so a bit of a waste of time for all involved. Main recruiter (male) was nice though.
