First step of interview process was via phone. HR generalist that I spoke with over the phone was impersonal and seem distracted. Ask me two questions and stated they would follow up. Felt like company was high strung from person on the phone. After reviewing culture and other reviews, I am kinda happy I didn’t get the offer. Interviewer later informed me that a if I was chosen for next steps you would have to spend a day in a half in the office, completing numorous test and also sit with a psychologist for an evaluation. That seems a bit much for a temporary assignment.
