The interview process is straightforward - two in person with the HR, R&D director and R&D managers. There are some practical tests and some technical questions on the process of yogurt. The interviewers are very nice and want to get you comfortable. The questions ranges from you explaining the vision of the role to situational questions to understand your ability to solve and think quickly amd strategically. They are very open for you to ask questions and are very proud of their company. Overall easy interview but be prepared as the R&D director does ask some tricky questions sometimes.
