First. there's just digital interview with around 10 questions where I did voice recording only (Behavioral questions). After that, next was phone interview which was behavioral too with two interviewers. Interview went great and recruiter called and kinda gave me verbal offer and said I'm a right candidate and they need me but later on she never got back to me even though I followed up with her.
