I submitted an application and received a call from the recruiter, she asked a few questions and then scheduled the interview with two members in the team. The recruiter send some helpful tips for the interview along with behavioral interview guides. The interview with the two members consisted of back to back behavioral questions and it went well. After a week goes by and I don't hear anything and I send a follow up email, I get no response. Then 2-3 weeks later, the recruiter calls me saying the interview went well and that they are considering me for a role, the recruiter tells me I should hear back within 2-3 weeks for the role. I wait about 2-3 weeks and send a follow up, the recruiter mentions they are still waiting on a contract to go through and that I am still being considered. I wait another 2-3 weeks and send another follow up email, this time I get no response at all. Sucks that they were leading me on this entire time when they could have just said, position has been filled or whatever.
