I had applied through LinkedIn and filled Google form. Then I got a call from HR and I was asked some questions and my interview was scheduled next day. And my interview was good, but not so good. So I received a call from HR and then I was selected for 3 months Internship then Full-time. But package was 3LPA as full-time and in internship duration 15000/month stipend. So I said yes at that time but later I got offer leter after some days and I have to give response within 24 hours so, I didn't give any response as I opt to decline the offer, so, I thought better to ask from HR for raising package upto 4.5LPA at least when I will receive a call . So later when HR called me for asking you didn't gave response, so I told to raise else I can not accept the offer. So, HR tried to convince me almost every way possible but I sticked to my words for at least 4.5 LPA. I got 2-3 calls from HR and she told me that he will talk with senior and get back to me but I didn't received a call from then .
