A first interview, psychometic assessment and a second interview. It was quite an investment of time involved. I was interviewed by division heads/team leaders, one was in person the other was a video call.
First telephone interview- asking about resume and experience that I have,
Second step Graduate survey,
1. Explain in one paragraph why you are interested in working in the commercial building automation industry.
2. Explain in one paragraph your goals for the two year graduate period and further goals over a 5 year period.
3. Explain in one paragraph any design projects you have worked on in your own time, excluding University and work-related projects. These can be personal projects.
4. In three succinct dot points, please list your strongest attributes as a potential electronics engineer.
Third step- Interview with project manager.

7. What is the minimum size of circuit breaker for a 2000W, single-phase 230V Supply?
8. Example of task that you have to do using your hands, not on software.
